Just the Basics
Listed below are a few items that need to be considered for a permit from the City of Irving. These are not the only items that are needed. Commissary
An approved and notarized commissary note is required for permitting. A photocopy of the commissary’s last health inspection report (12 months) is also required.
Fire:
A fire inspection is required. Contact 972-721-2651 for any questions
Application

Mobile Application Fee - $200.00 (Annual)

Current Drivers License

Proof of 6-months Liability Insurance

Written Agreement from the property owner allowing mobile food unit to park at location

Menu of all food items sold

Registered Food Service Manager Certificate
